Hotel Thb Flora - Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

The housekeeping staff do a marvelous job and work well into the afternoon ensuring everywhere is beautiful and fresh.

The cups are small, proper mugs would have been helpful.

The location was perfect near the beach.

Particularly good and unbeatable location in a lovely quiet area short walk to seafront, and the walk back is all uphill. Airy and large room and absolutely fabulous view of the sea.

Our room was spacious and had a fine view of the sunsets, like wow! The shower was perfect with a lip to keep the water in the right place-no wet floors, ag man! And how sweet that they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly for my birthday!

The food at dinner was a bit hit or miss, sometimes not very hot.

We liked staff and facilities. Restaurante la bamba, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Unique base for vacation in Puerto del Carmen. We strongly recommend & would love to come back.

Newly renovated rooms and complex. The complex itself offers everything for a beach holiday (some for an extra charge). Situated a little above the old harbour, therefore not in the middle of the "party hustle". Very friendly staff!

Windows and doors absolutely not soundproof. Therefore, depending on the location of the room it may be noisy.

Renovated rooms with very good equipment. Big room. Very friendly staff at the reception. Near the old port. Taxis available around the clock. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. Windows and entrance door closed very badly, therefore there was noise from outside (street, animation).

Spacious apartment with a small outside seating area.

It has 2 televisions in the apartment, but no remote control :-)

Consider taking part in the engaging evening entertainment, which features fun activities suitable for all ages.

Stunning location to the local area.

Absolutely fabulous and exceptionally comfortable place, we did not want to leave.

The hotel's location was good, to the lovely beaches with a market and several stores within walking distance. Great to be 300 metres away from Taberna Reina Sofia, enjoyed our meal there.

booked for all inclusive but when arrived been told the price is for halfboard and there is no flexibility to adjust the deal - can be a mistake taken by Booked.net - although it was special occasion for my friend who is getting married.

Pleasant stay, friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel.

Limited number of sunbeds and small pool.
